MY BIG LOVE

While walking, I thought of making a blog and recording all my activity from this night until my birthday on April 6th this year. Thanks to Louie Calaraga, my model-friend who really encouraged me to put up this blog. Just like what Toni said in the movie, "FIrst step: Goal Setting!" So my weight goal is 130lbs on my big day. Ambitious, isn't it? Well I hope many of my friends will encourage and support me here in my new journey of a brand new me.

NICO AGUSTIN'S CREATIONS
Thanks to Stephen Mortera for assisting me here and for all the help especially for bringing all the clothes. To Mr. Kevin Soriano for giving us a time to model the clothes of Sir Nico Agustin. Again, my deepest thank you to Sir Nico for trusting me and Stephen. God bless!
FASHION ICON
I found this photos while I was searching for an old photographs in my hard drive. I suddenly remembered all the memories while taking these shots. It's always fun to look back at the old photographs.

BACK WHERE YOU BELONG
It really took a while before I came up with this write-up. Quite frankly, I ran out of words to tell the story of this project.
As far as I can recall, I planned the shoot with Edmir Lagui, stylist of Sir Ulysses King. My peg was the TV show Vampire Diaries since I'm fond of watching the series. I could probably use a little chic style for the lady model. This was my first time to work with Sir Edmir. He is so witty and always has a joke to crack! I absolutely had fun working with him. In addition, I greatly admire his creativitiy. I feel so blessed having had the chance to work with him. Most of his accessories used during the shoot were all new. I look forward to work with Sir Edmir again hopefully before the year ends or early January 2012.
BENEATH HER COLORS
I will never forget this shoot. Do you know why? It's because of all the challenges that I had to go through to survive it.
Our make-up artist did not show up and we couldn't reach him through his cellphone because he didn't have one at that time. (His mobile phone was stolen. God bless the culprit's soul.) We still pushed through and went straight to ANTIPOLO to pull out the clothes from the designer.
It was the first time that I met our designer, MARK DELA PENA. He is so kind and generous that after our shoot we became good friends. It's a blessing that Richard Visco, my co-photographer, is very familiar with the place and knew some spots for the shoot. It was raining then and I obviously had a hard time particularly with the lighting. While were shooting, I was shocked to find lots of insects running through my legs. We decided to stop for a while so I could I go wash my feet.
I went home around 11pm and my feet were so itchy. When I woke up, I saw lots of rashes on my legs. Right then and there, I knew I couldn't make it to work that night. I ran off to De La Salle Hospital to see a Dermatologist. She gave me some soap and cream to ease the pain and itchiness. It cost me a lot and it left a mark on my skin. (Tears.) Lessons learned: 1) Don't wear shorts during a photo shoot and 2) Apply some insect repellent while shooting.
